How do i pay?
At SnusMe.eu you can pay with VISA, Mastercard and ApplePay.
Is buying from SnusMe safe?
When exchanging payment information information, your interactions with us and NETS are protected by encryption. We adhere to the highest security standards, and SnusMe never handles or stores any credit card details.
Where is my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are automatically sent out once the order is received. Please allow up to 20 minutes for it to be sent. If you still have not received it please contact support@snusme.com
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on where you are ordering to. SnusMe offers shipments via UPS. The shipping time are shown at Checkout when making your purchase.
Can i order to countries outside EU?
At SnusMe.eu we only ship to countries within the EU. For shipments outside the EU please visit https://snusme.com
Do you sell within Sweden?
SnusMe does not offer any shipments or sales with in Sweden.
Why have I not received any tracking information?
You will receive a shipment confirmation containing all tracking credentials once your order has been sent.
My tracking number does not work!
Please allow up to 12 hours before your tracking information starts updating.
Can i cancel or change any shipping information about my order?
Orders not packed can always be cancelled. If your order has not dispatched and you want to change anything regarding the shipment information, please contact support@snusme.com
Can i return my order?
Due to our products being perishable goods, we do not offer any returns.
